Mira K. Mani

Mira K. Mani, known officially as Madhumitha Krishnan, is a poet, author, and law student at the Duke University School of Law. She holds an MPhil in World History from the University of Cambridge and has previously worked in politics.

Her debut poetry collection, Bury Me In Jasmine, is the first volume in the Songs of the Heart series. The second volume, What Still Stands, will be released in January 2026, followed by the literary anthology A Women’s Symposium in Spring 2026.

Mira’s debut New Adult novel, Love Across Footnotes, and her debut young adult novel, Castled Hearts, are both slated for release in 2027.

When she is not writing or reading, she volunteers in her community, crochets, and can usually be found curled up with her labradoodle.
